Warranty

All FOUNTAIN LUCES’s products are made with a warranty of 3 years. FOUNTAIN LUCES warrants only to its direct purchaser/importer that your lighting product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the length of time, from the date printed on product.

FOUNTAIN LUCES’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at FOUNTAIN LUCES’s option, (1) to repair or replace the product, or (2) to refund the price paid, provided that the product is returned to FOUNTAIN LCUES. FOUNTAIN LUCES may, at its option, replace your product, offer to provide a functionally equivalent product, or repair any product with new, refurbished or used parts as long as such parts are in compliance with the products technical specifications. Any replacement part/product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Service

1. Enquiry will be answered within 24 hours.
2. Lead time 15-20 days to help your sales in time.
3. We offer 5 years warranty for our own brand, and undertake the freight for repair/replacement.
4. For OEM products, We do not undertake freight for repair/replacement in warranty.
5. Distributorship/Dealership request is welcome.
